Paul Tritel, MD is TMA’s collaborating physician and is nationally board-certified internist and licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Paul Tritel, MD is the medical director of TMA. A Southwest Florida native, he returned to Fort Myers to practice at Internal Medicine Associates in 2004. In 2017, he founded Tritel Concierge Medicine with his wife Lisa, and continues to practice there. He is a highly experienced physician holding an active board certification in Internal Medicine since 1999. Dr. Tritel has a holistic approach to medicine and believes in the importance of a well-rounded approach to medical care. He understands the vital roles of diet, exercise, and nutrition so that patients can maintain not only their health but also their quality of life.
Paul believes in the importance of the mind, body and spirit, but also has come to understand how aesthetic services can produce meaningful and positive lifestyle changes. He has embraced this new and exciting role as a student and a teacher.
Lisa is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) with over thirty years of nursing experience in various areas. Lisa graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended the Florida Gulf Coast Academy, where she received her Electrolysis License in Laser Hair Removal (LHR). Lisa is a member of the Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR) professionals. Through this society, she obtained her Certification in Laser Hair Removal Professional (CLHRP) for RN’s. She is a member of the Florida Nurses Association and Dermatology Nurse.
Lisa is our Laser Medical Safety Officer, certified through the International Commission for Hair Removal (ICHRC), the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) certification.
Lisa began her nursing career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) in Tennessee. She specialized in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), earning her Critical Care Certification (CCRN).
During her interval at VUMC, she was encouraged to serve as the Director of the ICU Delirium and Cognitive Impairment Study. She started as the first research nurse, for this study, in the Department of Allergy, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine. Her role in the research was to ensure the integrity and quality of various clinical research trials and to ensure compliance with protocols and overall clinical objectives. In addition, she was involved in multiple projects that focus on improving the care and outcomes of critically ill patients and their families. In addition, she is dedicated to helping advance the understanding of how to best translate and implement new evidence into bedside care practices.
Lisa also taught at the Learning Center at VUMC once a month for the Nurses Week of Orientation for new professionals. Since, she worked closely with burn and wound patients, delivering their results and educating patients on their diagnosis and further treatments and medications recommended by the provider. In addition, Lisa became captivated by helping others take care of their largest organ — the skin. Aesthetics and Dermatology nursing is where Lisa realized her next area of focus in nursing would take her eventually. Lisa felt inspired to be involved more in the Integumentary System and diseases of the skin.
Lisa’s extensive critical care background has allowed her to develop a meticulous eye for detail and an enhanced appreciation for safety. In addition, her commitment to continuing education allows her to provide her patients with the most up-to-date treatments and evidence-based results. Lisa regularly researches innovative advancements in medical skincare and works closely with Dr. Tritel to offer appropriate treatments, giving you the confidence to reveal healthy, beautiful skin.
Tri Medical Aesthetics (TMA) utilizes Cynosure Technologies. Lisa is Cynosure certified in the Elite IQ LHR, the Potenza Microneedling Radiofrequency (RF), and the TempSure & FlexSure RF machines. These modalities are the latest in cutting-edge technology on the market today. In addition, Cynosure University and its physicians ensure their customers are all well-educated.
Her healthcare experience led her to focus on a healthy and happy lifestyle, which led her to transition into medical aesthetics to provide her patients with the chance to look and feel their best. She strives to be a partner with her patients on their journey to overall health and wellness. Her emphasis is on enhancing natural beauty. In addition, Lisa understands the importance of self-care. Lisa also utilizes medical-grade skincare products to assist in the plan of anti-aging and corrective skincare goals. Encouraging nurses to become masters of aesthetic medicine and empowering patients to become experts in their own skin health is Lisa’s mission. She has helped numerous patients transform their health, appearance, and looks forward to assisting countless more.
Nicole moved to southwest Florida from California at an early age. After graduating from Mariner High School in 2006, she enrolled in a medical assistant (MA) program and passed her certification examination as a certified medical assistant (CMA). While working as a CMA, Nicole continued her education at Edison State College, graduating with an Associates in Science (A.S.) degree in 2011. Additionally, Nicole graduated from the Florida Gulf Coast Academy Electrolysis program. She is a licensed Electrologist and LHR Specialist.
Nicole’s professional experience includes Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Weight Loss. Her role at Tri Medical Aesthetics (TMA) as our bilingual CMA, medical aesthetics consultant, and LHR specialist is to consult with our patients and determine the perfect blend of solutions for their skin care needs. In addition, she will hook you up with an IV Vitamin Therapy infusion of your choice.
Nicole will be there every step of the way throughout your aesthetic journey. She finds fulfillment in connecting with every individual that walks through TMA’s doors and curating long-lasting relationships through the joint pursuit of health, beauty, and wellness. Nicole’s goal is to make people feel as beautiful on the outside as they are inside. In addition, she enjoys nothing more than helping her patients feel confident.
